The Global Alliance for Timeshare Excellence (GATE)1 was created by leaders of trade associations in the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East, Argentina, South Africa and Australia, who shall be considered the “charter members” of GATE, to promote the timeshare resort development industry around the world. The Global Alliance for Timeshare Excellence (GATE) and its members are committed to the highest standards and ethics in resort, vacation, recreational, residential, and community development for the benefit of the public. To demonstrate that commitment, GATE has adopted this Code of Conduct.
